Daily Routine for Inner Balance

Unfortunately, there will not be any yoga classes today but I wanted to leave you with some inspiration to practice anyway!
Yoga can be practiced on and off of the mat. Do things [intentionally and daily] that benefit your mind, body, and soul.
Every effort that you give is ENOUGH! So just do it. And do it gracefully! 🫶🏾
