Ahimsa - Hatha Yoga - 1/31/24 - live stream

Every Wednesday at 6am EST there will be a Live Yoga Class with Fenixx In Flow. These classes are beginner friendly and gentle on the body. Classes range from 45-60 minutes including a warm up, cool down, and meditation.
